Alex Jingozian is a portrait photographer based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

 

Her passion for the creative arts began early, exploring mediums like sculpting, creative writing, and drawing, which eventually led her to photography during her high school years. In 2009, Alex moved to Pittsburgh to pursue her photography career, attending the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, where she earned an Associate's degree in Photography in 2011.

 

Since then, Alex has spent her time capturing images of people, cultures, landscapes and wildlife - both locally in Pittsburgh and around the world. Her distinctive style is often described as "documentarian," focused on capturing candid, unposed moments that reveal the authenticity of her subjects and the world around her.

In 2025, Alex took her photography career to the next level by co-founding Golden Triangle Photo Co. with longtime friend and fellow Pittsburgh photographer, Christopher Olpp. Specializing in wedding and event photography, as well as portrait sessions, the business brings their shared candid, documentary-style approach to life’s most meaningful moments. With a focus on storytelling and genuine emotion, Golden Triangle Photo Co. reflects Alex and Christopher’s commitment to preserving memories with honesty, artistry, and heart.
